NANO Antivirus Pro receives another well-deserved VB100 test lab award

Yet another award — already the thirteenth — has been added to the Russian antivirus’s tally. For several years now, NANO Antivirus Pro has shown consistently high quality recognized by the VB100 testing team: “NANO Security demonstrates that its antivirus product continues to keep up with the latest threats in an ever-changing malware landscape, thereby proving that its own antivirus engine can compete with products from well-known players on the antivirus market”.

The VB100 test lab, based in the United Kingdom, is an authoritative independent organization that for more than 20 years has been a worldwide arbiter in confirming the quality of antivirus products.

Testing confirmed 100% detection of malware in the lab’s special test sample composed of the most current threats, as well as an excellent result in the false positives test on a set of “clean” files. As part of the test, NANO Antivirus Pro also showed 100% detection on an additional set of malicious files, exceeding the results of some market leaders.
