Your antivirus software is installed in the free version on some of our employees’ computers on my recommendation, and it enjoys well-deserved respect — including for performance, low load on the operating system, and the quality and timeliness of endpoint antivirus protection.

I tried NANO and was very pleasantly surprised. I thought they don’t make simple antiviruses just for ordinary people anymore. It’s very lightweight, undemanding on resources, and sometimes shows a reminder that there’s a paid version. So far my impressions are entirely positive — I’m planning to buy the paid version, especially since the price is very, very reasonable!

I’ve been using NANO Antivirus for a long time and have installed it for all my relatives and many friends. I consider it the best of the free antiviruses.

I’ve been using it on and off for a couple of years. At first partly out of solidarity — a lot of folks from my university work there. But I wasn’t really suffering through it, let’s say. Sure, I’d remove it sometimes, try something else, then install it again. And now after the latest version it’s just a gem.

Been using NANO Antivirus for 2 years on different machines: at home on an ancient box, at work, and on a Win 8 laptop. The claim that it slows things down is complete nonsense. File processing speed is significantly higher than Dr.Web (which I used before). Don’t know about Kaspersky — didn’t compare. Most importantly: NANO’s virus database is updated much faster than Dr.Web’s, and NANO catches new viruses better. Two drawbacks IMO: large installer size and no firewall. Unclear how e-mail scanning works — no settings. Support said it’s all built in and working, but how??? Overall rating 4+.

I was pleasantly surprised by the release of a new antivirus — naturally comparing it only with proper programs (Kaspersky, Avast, Dr.Web, Norton, Avira and AVG, though the last two have been hard to call proper for three years already) and installed it for testing. Still hard to give a full assessment, but among the pluses — very user-friendly, performed excellently on a test disk, beating not only Kaspersky but also Avira, and doesn’t delete or block access without your personal permission like Dr.Web. Only positive emotions so far. Doesn’t slow the system down — if it does, that’s already user foolishness. That’s all for now.

Thank you for existing!!!!! The best antivirus I’ve ever installed on a computer in all its life!!! All kinds of other antiviruses only brought us headaches. And I’m not saying that because you’re free — I’m saying it because that’s how it actually is. The idea of contributing what we can came up on your forum and we’re wholeheartedly for it. Thought it was a decent free antivirus, but it’s actually a leaky sieve. Installed it and then removed it just to be safe.

The Only Problhtem with this antivirus is RAM usage. It takes 150MB in idle. During scan slightly increase. Scanning speed is nice.

Good luck to the developers! Wanted to use your antivirus, but it eats resources like crazy. I’ll wait to see which comes first — a more powerful PC or a better antivirus.

Good free stuff from Russia. It needs some enhancement but I can see that developers work hard to make it excellent. So I think it's a promising new AV. Good luck!:-)

NANO Antivirus is an antivirus under beta test.
Probably for the reason, operation is unstable a little.
Moreover, this software has the large load of a memory.
Especially the time of update Therefore, if the machine with power is not used, a machine will be felt very heavy during update. Well, since it is a beta, I will allow.
Probably, "Overall" was made into "fair" if this was the stable version.

We looked for a free antivirus for our school for a long time so we could use it legally. We installed NANO Antivirus 8 months ago and have forgotten about viruses since then. Good luck to you!

Seems like a decent antivirus but sometimes lets malware through — have to clean up with third-party utilities.
