Hello Sir/Madam, I have been installed Nano Antivirus 0.14.0.1 in Windows Xp Service pack 2. I scaned my system with Nano. and then I did restarted. There was disabled my profile/desktop. How to enable my profile/desktop.Please give me a solution. |

Hello, Suresh. Sorry, but we need more information. Was there any detection by NANO Antivirus before restart? Did you cure anything? What is blocked? One profile or the whole system? Please find the way to send the NANO Antivirus logs for analyse. If you can enter the system under another profile press "Start->All programs->NANO AntiVirus->Send log to support". Then follow the guidance. If you can`t, use any LiveCD. We need to see all the files from the following directories: c:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\nanoav\ c:\Documents and Settings\%your_profile_name%\Application Data\nanoav\ Don't forget to specify a short description of the problem and write your forum nickname. |
