I see log files being created in this location: C:\Users\All Users\nanoav\log Do these log files ever get deleted or do I have to delete them manually? It takes a long time to delete each individual log file and there's no easy way to delete them. Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit RAMdisk created with these Environment Variables configured to be written to a temp folder on the RAMdisk rather then the default location: %TEMP% and %TMP% C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Local\Temp On the System Guard screen if Event Source is selected for either "Web Guard" or "File Guard" there are no entries shown. Nano Antivirus doesn't seem to be able to read or display the log files within the program. Do you have any advice? Thanks. EDIT: I now understand that perhaps log entries are shown for detections only. I'd still like to know if old log files are deleted automatically or do they remain on the system indefinately? |

Log files are deleted automatically as soon as they reaches a definite size (or quantity of files). If you have any problems please send logs to the support service. To send logs use "Start->All programs->NANO Antivirus->Send log to support". |
