Hello, I installed the latest version of the Nano AntiVirus and I have a problem, because when I click on the icon in the tray and try to run it only appears to NanoAntiViru window and stands on the site.

Thank you for you feedback. Send the logs to us please. Use Windows menu "Start>NANO AntiVurus>Send logs to support". Don't forget to describe the problem shortly in the field! |

Thank you for this logs, but it's not all we need. Please copy and archive all files with *.log, *.bak and *.dmp extensions from the folders "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\nanoav" and "C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Application Data\nanoav" (for Windows XP). Then send that archive to support@nanoav.ru or attach it here please. Sorry for this problem! |
