Hello hakan. You needn't post the same message twice, so I have deleted the second one. As for your request, I would like to remind again that users have to send the license enquiry to the support@nanoav.ru (you can find more detailed information in our help file). Therewith I would like to ask, did you try to activate your NANO AntiVirus without assistance (you can find the guidance in our help file, just press F1 when the tab "License management" is open)? Is your PC in offline mode or you have an error on the activation process? |
