We send license keys to offline users and to users who have any problems with getting of a license. Please read the article "License management" in our manual. There you will find all necessary information.

HI I did have problems and I have tried a number of times to get a Lic. but with no success. You have not answered my other message after the up date on the email so I started this one. So again Please I need you to email a code, I would not ask if I was not having an issue. Thank You For Your Help |

Simply save the license file from the letter on your disk. Then enter the path to the file in the field "About -> License management -> Import a license" and press "Load". And that`s all. |

Please why did I receive a License for only 3 months an not for a year? 3 months is very short. Do you send out a notice reminder to update the Lic.? Thanks Ibadragon |

Yes, you will have a reminder, the pop-up will appear and you just need to follow the guidance. As for the 3 months period, it is our vendor marketing.
